LEGAL INFORMATION
PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 1 August 2026.
This policy explains what data we process when you use the website or send us an inquiry, why we process it and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The data controller is GRANIT INVEST doo, Mutapova 7, Belgrade. For any privacy-related question, email [email protected].
2. Data we collect
When you submit a form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company name, message and the project you are interested in. Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to process your inquiry; all other fields are optional.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to respond, provide requested availability or offer information and arrange the next step. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a potential contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry. We do not use the data for automated decision-making or sell it.
4. Retention and sharing
We retain data only as long as needed for communication and legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized Granit Invest team members and a trusted technical service provider that monitors message delivery. We may disclose data when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to our email address; you may also contact the competent Serbian data protection authority.
6. Website technologies and external services
The website uses an essential session to protect forms and local browser storage for the selected theme and privacy settings. Google reCAPTCHA loads only when you attempt to submit a form to protect it from abuse. YouTube content from youtube-nocookie.com loads only when you play a video.
Analytics and advertising measurement run through Google Tag Manager and are switched off by default. Until you choose “Accept all” in the privacy bar, we send denied consent to Google tools (Google Consent Mode v2), so no analytics or advertising cookies are set. We keep your choice locally in your browser and you can change it at any time through “Privacy settings” in the page footer.
If you arrive from a Google ad, the page address carries a click identifier (gclid, wbraid or gbraid). We keep that identifier in your browser until the end of the visit and, when you send an inquiry, we pass it together with the submission time, a unique event number and your privacy choice to the agency that runs our Google Ads campaigns, solely to measure conversions. That record contains no name, email address, phone number or message content.

7. Contact and changes
For questions or rights requests, email [email protected]. We may update this policy when functionality or law changes; the current version and update date are always published on this page.
